I ordered the acrylic ornament and originally thought the quality was bad because of rough small bubbles but the seller reached out and said there is a protective film that must be removed. It took me about 10 minutes to get it to peel up on the side to remove but once it did, it is a beautiful ornament and very clear and vibrant.
