This website is operated by Pulse Bridge LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting memivras.com or placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or province, to place an order. By purchasing from us you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products and Personalization

All products are made to order. Product images are representative; because items are printed and finished individually, small variations in color, placement, and finish may occur and are not defects.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any text, dates, names, or images you submit for personalization. We reproduce your submission exactly as provided and cannot correct errors after production begins.

3. Content You Submit

By uploading a photo or text for personalization, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and you grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

We reserve the right to refuse and cancel any order containing content that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, infringes a third party's intellectual property, or that we consider inappropriate. Refused orders are refunded in full. See our DMCA Policy for takedown procedures.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, that contain a pricing or product-description error, or that exceed reasonable quantity limits. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit time is outside our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates, and how we handle lost or delayed packages.

6. Returns

Personalized products are generally non-returnable. Full details, including the circumstances in which we replace or refund an item, are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, graphics, logos, and images on this site are the property of Pulse Bridge LLC or our licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Accuracy of Information

We work to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that all content on this site is error-free or current. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse Bridge LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
