4. If you would like a matching couple set, purchase quantity 2 and provide the personalization for each sweatshirt separately.

Care instructions

• Wash the sweatshirt inside out to help protect the embroidered details.
• Machine wash cold with similar colors on a gentle cycle.
• Use mild detergent and avoid bleach.
• Air dry or lay flat whenever possible to help preserve the shape and gingham trim.
• Keep direct heat away from the embroidered artwork.
• If ironing is necessary, avoid pressing directly over the embroidery.

Because personalized products are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, customer-submitted personalization errors, or an incorrect size or option selected during ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the personalization details you submitted, contact support@memivras.com within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for eligible claims.
