What you personalize

Making and delivery

Each personalized sweatshirt is made to order. Production takes approximately 1 to 3 business days, followed by approximately 5 to 12 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, severe weather or carrier delays.

• Machine wash cold with similar colors on a gentle cycle.
• Do not use bleach.
• Hang or lay flat to dry when possible.

Because personalized products are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, customer-submitted personalization errors, or an incorrect size or option selected during ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the personalization details you submitted, contact support@memivras.com within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for eligible claims.
